We started Fountainworks with a simple mission -- to help public leaders make a greater impact on their organizations and their communities.

Nineteen years and hundreds of clients and projects later, we’re still committed to the same goal.

2022 Year in Review

2022 was a BIG year for Fountainworks. We more than doubled the size of our team and focused on building an amazing culture. With both professional development and fun team activities, our employees are inspired and empowered. We’re a cohesive group that is passionate about our work and helping our public sector clients make a greater impact in their community.

We also relocated our offices in 2022 to The Frontier at Research Triangle Park where we’re surrounded by innovation and creativity. This central location allows us to collaborate with each other and host clients.

And all this momentum also led to the launch of the Public Leadership Network, which kicks off this month with the Amplify Your Leadership course. This initiative will empower leaders with the skills to adapt to an ever-changing workforce, and gives us a chance to impact public leaders one-on-one. We also have additional opportunities planned for throughout 2023 and beyond.

Exciting things are happening at Fountainworks, so reach out to us at to see how we can help you!
