Drew Finley joined Fountainworks in June 2023. As a Project Manager, he performs a range of tasks for clients including meeting facilitation, strategic planning, and research. He studied Politics & International Affairs and Spanish at Wake Forest University.
After completing his undergraduate degree, Drew worked for the City of Hendersonville, North Carolina through the Lead for North Carolina program at the UNC School of Government. He then obtained his Master of Public Administration from Appalachian State University where his concentration was Town, City, and County Management. He continued working for Hendersonville as the Assistant to the Utilities Director while earning his degree. Drew is particularly passionate about local government and was the President of the International City/County Management Association’s (ICMA) Student Chapter during his time at Appalachian State.
Outside the office, Drew loves hiking and exploring the outdoors. He also enjoys reading, movies, and listening to all different kinds of music. You can find him in Boone cheering on his Appalachian State Mountaineers, and he is also an avid Carolina Panthers and Carolina Hurricanes fan.
