Jessica Day joined the Fountainworks team in 2023 and uses innovative techniques in facilitation, training, and coaching to help public sector leaders develop creative solutions to increase value and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Jessica brings valuable experience from her current position as Mayor for the Town of Knightdale along with her previous role on the Knightdale Town Council and her involvement with local nonprofits and community organizations. With over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations at Syngenta and BASF, she has a strong foundation in driving operational excellence.
Jessica holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is currently pursuing her MBA and Leadership Certificate at North Carolina State University.
Jessica is also a proud member of the Knightdale Rotary Club and in her free time enjoys reading, watching a good suspense movie or romantic comedy, taking a yoga or dance class, and has recently started playing pickleball.
