Maddie joined Fountainworks in June 2020. As Project Director, Maddie helps clients with strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and research. She has extensive experience in virtual meeting design and specializes in creating virtual environments that engage participants while producing strong outcomes in a collaborative and creative space. Prior to joining Fountainworks, Maddie worked as a policy fellow for ncIMPACT, a non-partisan policy initiative at the School of Government.
Maddie holds a B.A. in Advertising from University of Georgia and a Master of Public Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill.
Outside of work, you can often find Maddie reading, traveling, and cooking. She loves to learn about wine and host dinner parties for her friends. In the past year, she has also taken up ice-skating and figure drawing.
