Challenge
UNC’s School of Government needed consumer research that could both stand up to academic rigor and offer a real world assessment for future strategic decisions.
Approach
Fountainworks evaluated critical strategic areas through individual interviews, focus groups and a quantitative survey (sent to some 10,000 government and public sector officials). Data was presented back to staff using images, quotes and statistics to tell a comprehensive story of consumer needs.
Result
This research provided the most comprehensive data on School of Government’s customers and stakeholders to date, and provided strong guidance for its strategic initiatives.
