UNC’s School of Government needed consumer research that could both stand up to academic rigor and offer a real world assessment for future strategic decisions.


Fountainworks evaluated critical strategic areas through individual interviews, focus groups and a quantitative survey (sent to some 10,000 government and public sector officials). Data was presented back to staff using images, quotes and statistics to tell the full story of consumer needs.


This research provided the most comprehensive data on School of Government’s customers and stakeholders and provided strong guidance for its strategic initiatives.
